finally some fucking video that is able to explane what the fucking dot product is. I legit watched 20 videos today of some retards explaining what the dot product is and none of them were able to tell me what it acutally is. thank god there is atleast 1 person in the world that can give some reasonable explanation

I can not understand, why we need normal arrow in cross product Specially that we called (normal unit vector)??
galib rabat (2 months ago)
0:22 can someone explain how "Length" is equal to "area"? Cuz the units are already different :<
Mikko Lodeon (2 months ago)
Still dont get the idea behind the Dot and Cross product.. I'll just memorized the formula, then solve the problem, get an A+, never asked why, and go on with my life..

The cross product could also be explained by the right-hand screw rule. So I screwed some ........ after the video was over! 🤣🤣🤣
The dot product visualization exploded my brain. I never knew it was this simple.

I think that I don't properly know the concepts fully to understand this. What should be the order of watching your videos if I want to understand every video you've uploaded? Thanks anyways.
Alejandro Nava (5 months ago)
Read the book from Larson, named Calculus II, head over to the chapter when they introduce vectors (I think it's the 2nd chapter in that book.) Keep reading until you get to the section about Dot Product, then read it so you already have knowledge, aaand theeen watch this video

Thank you so much!!! I've been struggling to visualize the dot product and cross product for the longesttt time. This animation helped me so much! As well as the circuit video I saw the other day! <3 Many thanks!
Egg (1 year ago)
You know, in high school I've always dreamed about how great it'd be if there were people knowledgeable about physics who could also animate complex topics they were discussing because there are some things that are hard to visualize. Can you imagine how cool a physics and animation major would be? :) There's also a lack of animated physics videos, but here you are animating physics videos very well and fulfilling one of my dreams! :D I'm very proud of you and the work that you do, and I'm forever grateful. I wish you the best in your endeavors. :)
Thanks. I am glad my videos are helpful.

Length equals an area !!!!! That's conter-intuitive, length is one-dimentional
savanna lujan (1 year ago)
Hahahahhaha I cracked up so hard when the dramatic instrumental music came when revealing the cross product direction. Never thought such an informative thing would do that. Now I'll definitely replay that moment in my head during the exam.
